Governance within the company

Abstract
The principles of corporate governance have been approved by OECD ministers and have since been imposed as a reference at the international level for those responsible for government action, shareholders, investors, corporations , and the other stakeholders. They also contribute significantly to the development of a culture of professional and ethical values on which the functioning of the markets depends. Trust and integrity play a vital role in economic life and must be duly rewarded in the interest of business and future prosperity. In such a context of questioning, suspicion and doubt about managerial practices, is the question of the role of governance not of utmost importance to understand the changes taking place? within the company? Thus, for the purposes of this present study we will focus on two points. First, we will focus on the link between corporate governance and corporate performance. This will involve defining and explaining the concepts of corporate governance and value creation, by studying the positive impact of governance in creating value and the limits of that governance. Then we will dwell on the role of governance towards the company
