GROUNDS FOR THE MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL LITERACY OF BACHELORS OF FOREST AND GARDEN-PARK HOUSEHOLD

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of model and modeling, reveals an algorithm of creating a model for developing professional creativity of bachelors of forestry and landscape gardening. The peculiarities of modeling the development of professional creativity of the future specialist are revealed, and on the basis of the conducted analysis the model of formation of the readiness of future bachelors of forest and garden-park economy is presented for the development of creative activity in the process of studying the professional disciplines. Creating a model for preparing the future specialists for the development of professional creativity in the process of professional training depends on the pedagogical conditions, such as: the phased implementation of student’s training on the basis of the relationship between theory and practice, the integration of oriented disciplines, the formation of the motivation of the future bachelors of forest and park management to acquisition the theoretical knowledge and skills for the development of professional creativity, the creation of the so-called professional-creative environment. We pay attention on that the experimental model is a schematic way for developing professional creativity of future specialists, which is conditionally divided into four blocks: the target (purpose and tasks of preparation); meaningful (implements content and principles); procedural (includes the stages of formation, within which defined forms, methods and means of training) and evaluative and productive (evaluation criteria, indicators, training levels). In order to obtain an overall assessment, the criteria and their respective indicators are determined. Criteria include: motivational, cognitive, and operational and activity, creative. The use of tools, methods and forms has allowed distinguishing levels of its components: low (insufficient), average (basic) and high (creative). The proposed model, when implemented in the initial process, should help in increasing the efficiency of training and ensure the competitiveness of future professionals.
