HIGH SCHOOL PROBLEMS OF YOUNG TEACHERS

Abstract

Significant changes in the economy and social development have created conditions for the development of scientific and pedagogical staff for higher education institutions. As a result of such an approach, it is intended to train not only the subjects but also the subject, and also the scientific basis for acquiring the teaching process and methodology. The first step in the development of scientific cadres based on the Bolon process is the completion of the master's degree. Let's also note that before the Bolon process, there was no masters degree and a graduate of the university had to graduate the post graduate course. However, young people who have graduated from a magistracy or post-graduate course are not prepared to work in research centers, and there are no grounds for their pedagogical activity.
