HISTORICAL AND COMPARATIVE SKETCH OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MILITARY CRIMES

Abstract
The article analyzes the history of the development of military-criminal legislation in the territory of modern Ukraine. This gives us an opportunity to analyze in historical retrospect the ways of forming an important institution of criminal law – military crimes. The study of this process makes it possible to obtain a more complete knowledge of this problem.
