HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT OF THE INVESTIGATION OF UNNAMED CONTRACTS

Abstract
The considered non-named contracts are not sufficiently studied in the legal literature, so their roots go back to the past. They go beyond the scope of contracts, which are enshrined in civil law, because of their inadequate and in-depth research. Such contracts are very similar to those contracts that are fixed and regulated by the rules of civil law, but differ in their specifics, which determines their difference and peculiarities of legal regulation.
