History of Quranic Dictionaries of Indian Subcontinent in Urdu Language

Abstract
The title of this article is “History of Quranic Dictionaries of Indian Subcontinent in Urdu Language”. As a student of Arabic Language, I always wanted to learn what Allah swt has taught us in His book and to fulfill this motive Quranic Dictionaries played a key role and their importance is certainly inevitable. In this article, I tried to collect all the information about Quranic Dictionaries which were written in Urdu language. In this discourse, I also tried to analyze the division and structure of their chapters, themes, approaches, styles and resources which were used by the authors in compilation of their books. I described a short life history of their authors too. I also mentioned a brief history of Quranic Dictionaries which were written in Arabic and what were the circumstances that enforced the people to write on this very topic. Indeed, I tried to use all the authentic and reliable resources and information to give the best knowledge in this article but it may have some mistakes, flaws and impediments.
