Hubungan peran perawat sebagai edukator dengan kepatuhan mobilisasi pasien infark miokard akut

Abstract
Mobilisasi ketaatan pasien dengan IMA adalah niat dan kemampuan pasien untuk memobilisasi awal, terus, langkah demi langkah, masing-masing tergantung pada kondisi mereka, untuk mendapatkan optimal fungsi fisik, mental dan sosial. Perilaku ini muncul karena ada interaksi antara karyawan kesehatan dan pasien, sehingga pasien akan tahu rencana, konsistensi dan setuju untuk itu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran keperawatan sebagai pendidik dengan ketaatan mobile untuk pasien IMA. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Data dianalisis dengan Chi Square menganalisis. Populasi adalah semua pasien dengan IMA. sampel adalah 14 responden, diambil secara total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang Wijaya Kusuma, Rumah Sakit Ngudi Waluyo di November 2014. Variabel bebas menyusui peran sebagai pendidik dan variabel dependen adalah mobilisasi ketaatan pasien dengan IMA. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi peran keperawatan sebagai pendidik dan mobilisasi kepatuhan pasien dengan IMA dengan nilai 2 = 4.381 dan tingkat signifikansi = 0,036. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran keperawatan baik sebagai pendidik akan menentukan ketaatan mobilisasi yang lebih baik dari pasien dengan IMA.
