Abstract
In the article the author considers issues of human rights of the fourth generation, problems of their legislative consolidation in the countries of the world. Studied euthanasia and cloning law as the fourth generation of their legal and moral aspects. The author points out the preconditions of the emergence and development of the rights of the fourth generation.
