Identifying the factors of construction and use of administration systems in enterprises management considering the European integration processes

Abstract
Administration systems in enterprises management as an individual research object in theory and practice started to be studied recently and, in fact, are now only at the stage of the formation of the corresponding scientific theory as such. The company’s ability to analyze, diagnose, evaluate and manage these systems in general create a significant advantage in the competitive environment. The role and importance of administration systems has significantly increased on the organizational level in enterprises. This necessitate their comprehensive and in-depth investigation, first of all, from a position of factors, which have the most significant effect at the processes of their construction and application. Nevertheless, the problem of identifying the factors of construction and use of administration systems in the enterprises management, considering the European integration processes, has been reviewed in literature rather fragmentary. Accordingly, the aim of the article is such factors identification. Based on the results of researches, the list of the priority factors of administration systems construction and use in the enterprises management considering the European integration processes, should include the following: personnel competency, the management system development, purposes and tasks of administration, technological support, enterprise features, volumes of document and information support of management, resourcing of business and economic activities, the quality of corporate management, stability of the functioning environment, information infrastructure development, management centrality, European integration processes, as well as the level of electronic documents and paperflow. The identified factors of construction and use of administration systems in the enterprises management, considering the European integration processes, form an extensive informational base for managers and analysts to evaluate the level of these factors influence, as well as to diagnose their favourability or unfavourability for ensuring an effective influence of the managing system at the managed one based on the documentation, office-work, informational support and management procedures formalization throughout all the stages of management technology. The prospects for further researches in this direction should consist in specifying the content of the singled-out factors of administration systems construction and use in enterprises management considering the European integration processes.
