IMPLEMENTATION OF BALANCED SCORECARD IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN A MODERN MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract
This article examines the need to develop a model of balanced scorecard at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. The relevance of new approaches to the problem of management and evaluation of modern enterprises Ukraine is considered in the article. It is established that the use of BSC provides an undertaking to organize and concentrate their efforts on the long-term strategy. The approaches to the use of the Balanced Scorecard determined that the BSC integrates financial and non-financial indicators based on causal links between the resulting indicators and factors under which they are formed. Setting, maintenance and support of the necessary level of competitiveness can be achieved only with effective management. This enterprise's competitiveness management should be understood as a purposeful process of coordinated effects on governance. The approaches to improve the mechanism of application of BSC are elaborated.
