Implementation of the Technology of Future Educators Training to the Formation of Skills of Senior Preschool Children, Oriented Towards Sustainable Development

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of experimental research of the effectiveness of the technology of training future educators for preschool children to the formation of skills oriented towards sustainable development. The directions of educational work for the indicated technology (organizationally learning, professionally acting and socially-active) are singled out. The criteria (value-motivational, cognitive, behavioral and methodological) and indicators (valuable attitude to ideas of sustainable development, desire to disseminate ideas of sustainable development in society, availability of knowledge about sustainable develop- ment, education for sustainable development and an integrated course «Preschoolers – education for sustainable development»; assessment of peculiar actions in the context of sustainable development ideas; activity in disseminating sustainable development ideas; ability to organize various types of activities with older preschoolers in accordance with the principles of pedagogy empowerment and the ability to plan educational activities with older preschoolers under the program «Preschoolers – Education for Sustainable Development») readiness of future teachers for preschool children to the skills focused on sustainable development are described. The academic, basic, medium and satisfactory levels of the specified readiness are outlined. Some aspects of the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment are highlighted, namely: directions, training as a form of schooling of future educators for preschool children to the development of skills oriented to sustainable development; interactive methods are defined as effective in preparing future educators for a certain aspect of their activity. The results of experimental research of training future educators for preschool children to the development of skills oriented to sustainable development are revealed, namely: comparison of the results of the diagnostic study of the respondents of the control and experimental groups at the control stage of the pedagogical experiment.
