Improvement in environmental education for teachers of Chemistry in the secondary education of the municipality Céspedes

Abstract
The objective of this article is to propose a course through workshops of improvement for the development of environmental education in professors of Chemistry of the secondary education. The analytical synthetic, inductive deductive methods, documentary analysis and system approach were used to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations in the elaboration of the improvement course, this is taught through workshops, while interviews and surveys Applied to the teachers of this level in the municipality Céspedes of the province of Camagüey, allowed to identify insufficiencies in the incorporation of the environmental education directed towards the conservation of the environment. The course showed a high degree of satisfaction that contributes to the improvement of the subject taught by teachers in secondary education.
