IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF THE CREDIT MECHANISM OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
The analysis of functioning of agricultural production testifies that the resource potential is used not at an adequate level. The existing system of financing and crediting is not focused on agricultural production with low turnover of the capital. Based on it, it is necessary to development offers and recommendations about improvement of the financial - credit mechanism in agriculture directed on increase of efficiency of agricultural production of Kazakhstan. This article discusses the peculiarities of the mechanism of lending to the agrarian sector of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the directions of its further development, the necessary issues and specific proposals.
