Abstract
In modern conditions - the organizational assistance to the student of the pedagogical college not so much the process of transferring information as the management of his educational activity vision. The most important element of the "Pedagogical Workshop" project is to increase the attractiveness of the teacher's career for young people. The instrument of this is a dialogue between the teaching staff of the city's educational institutions, students and teachers who perform a dual role - first, they demonstrate the success rate of the profession, and secondly, they carry out effective pedagogical activity, providing high-quality education. In the professional dialogue, the students develop a new understanding of the essential features of the pedagogical profession, the importance of professional choice, the need for personal and professional development and self-development.
