ОБОСНОВАНИЕ РАЦИОНАЛЬНОГО РЕЖИМА РАБОТЫ ЛИНИИ КОМБИКОРМОВОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА

Abstract
In this article the influence of preparation and practice methods of feed components on batching hopper sizes, mode of operation and compound animal feed production line is pointed out. The main tasks are to find the optimal operation of the dosing line on the basis of the minimal duration of the dosing period with the unchangeable production of the preparation line. It is possible to solve this problem by modeling the operation of the main line (the preparation line of grain components), by substantiating the initial, current and final reserve of the batching hopper as well as the time characteristics of the operational cycle. Compare the main production characteristics of the optimal with passport modes of the feed machine it is possible to say that the first one is more effective.
