纳米In2O3-TiO2光催化膜的表征及降解甲苯研究

Abstract
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米In2O3-TiO2复合溶胶,经多次镀膜得到以铝片为载体的纳米In2O3-TiO2复合膜,以空气中的甲苯为模拟污染物,考察了其光催化性能。结果表明,In2O3的复合对TiO2光催化活性起到促进作用,n(In2O3)/n(TiO2)=0.04的复合膜催化剂具有最高的光催化活性,比纯TiO2降解甲苯的效率提高了15%。XRD谱图分析,复合前后的氧化物具有锐钛矿晶相,没有检测到In2O3的特征峰。透射电镜观察到复合膜颗粒为球形,粒径分布比较均匀,平均粒径为19nm。UV-Vis吸收光谱表明纳米In2O3-TiO2复合膜对光波的吸收能力比纯TiO2要强,相应的光降解甲苯的活性提高。
