Influence of energy efficiency increase on the energy saving results of economic entities

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to research of the influence of energy efficiency increase on the energy saving results of economic entities. It is substantiated that the increase of energy efficiency, which in modern conditions is mostly the result of the introduction of innovative energy saving technologies, affects energy saving as a specific energy resource saving, and the total consumption of energy resources can decrease, but sometimes increase as a result of the rebound effect.
