INFLUENCE OF MOTIVES OF INVESTMENT PROCESS PARTICIPANTS ON EFFICIENCY OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT

Abstract
In the article systematized motives of foreign direct investment from the position of the main actors of the process and expanded range of directions of motives grouping to five species. The author proposed approach to the definition of "stimulation of foreign direct investment". Implemented a comprehensive approach and systematized the main characteristics of this process in the institutional economy of the recipient country. The article details the main advantages and disadvantages of foreign direct investment from the position of the main actors of this process.
