MECHANISM OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOCIAL AND LABOUR RELATIONS IN THE INNOVATION ECONOMY

Abstract
Methodological bases of development of the mechanism of transformation of the social and labour relations taking into account specific features of the relations in the sphere of work and global tendencies are formulated. The main components of the mechanism and process of its functioning are allocated. An influence of the process of transformation of the social and labour relations on results, which characterize innovative activities, is researched.
