Influence of the level of self-organization of the firm's work on the efficiency of work of the cooking production

Abstract

The article analyzes the role of self-organization and its level of the enterprise in the implementation of lean manufacturing concept. The article shows that the effective implementation of lean production needs to be a greater level of self-organization of the firm compared to the level of turbulence in the external environment.
