INNOVATES PRINCIPLES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
In this article are proposed the ways of the innovation principles, which using in the modern higher education development. The main idea of the article is the concept of innovation development. The author starts by telling that its developed scientifi c and theoretical model defi ned. In the article the author defi ned the concept of innovative development. The author also developed a theoretical model of scientifi c concepts, describes the main characteristics of innovation in higher education. The author revealed the criteria, which defi ned innovation in higher education. The article is illustrated by a continuous strategy of innovative development of the higher education system. Also, the author defi nes the concept of innovative fi lter and revealed them the specifi cs of application.
