INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS IN THE ACTIVATION OF HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
Modern higher education in Ukraine requires academic staff development and introduction of innovative teaching methods. Problems of innovative technologies and methods in modern higher education relevant, since the need for increased scientific and pedagogical workers, who would be able to provide an innovative approach to the implementation of these trends during the educational process. One of the main tasks of modern educational institutions, including pedagogical orientation - preparing competitive specialist possessing such qualities as mobility, commitment to professional and personal self-development, the desire for creative expression. New educational technologies are the subject of intense study teachers. Attention is drawn to technologies based on a combination of just two approaches: the personal and the activity. In their implementation are analyzed taking into account the activities of the student’s personal needs and abilities. Teachers looking for ways and methods of forming the most rational of these activities. One of those was the technology of the school portfolio, which, in our opinion, makes full use student-centered and activity approach to learning. This is the replacement of the passive type of learning in which students play the role of the listener, to digest, and so repeats. N., An active learning in which It should be noted that occupies a special place to the use of the method of preparation of the portfolio. Method of portfolio is popular and in demand innovative pedagogical technologies. Model portfolio varied sufficiently flexible and functional. They work at different stages of education and training institutions of various types. Thus, the portfolio is a method of authentic assessment of educational outcomes for products created by students in the educational, artistic, social and other activities. Thus, the portfolio consistent with the goals and objectives of the practice-oriented and student-centered learning.
