Innovative technologies on elimination of the over-standard roll of the residential building in Odessa

Abstract

The article describes the way of elimination of the over-standard roll of the residential building in Odessa with the use of innovative technologies developed and repeatedly implemented in practice by the specialists of ZD SE SRIB. The way of alignment of buildings and constructions includes: drilling in the soil of bases under the base of the foundation the wells of different parameters, regulation of technological settling of foundations by moistening of the soil around wells with the step-by-step dosed feed of water into their voids, supervision over change of the roll and settling of buildings and constructions. For increase of the control of technological settling of foundations in the course of alignment of buildings and constructions the intensity of settling of foundations is stopped or accelerated on the sites of «spot» of the building where settling has deviations from the necessary pattern. The innovative technologies capable to perform all complex of works on elimination of the most difficult rolls of buildings and constructions without stopping of their functioning and resettlement of residents are offered. This method is the least expensive in terms of technical and economic indicators in comparison with other possible ways of elimination of rolls.
