INSTITUTE OF INHERITANCE AGREEMENT IN THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND GERMANY: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of the institution of the inherited agreement in the German and Ukrainian legal systems. In particular, it focuses on the features of different approaches to understanding the legal nature of the inherited agreement, its purpose and its position in the laws of both countries and identifies the essential conditions for its conclusion in Ukraine and Germany. Particular attention is paid to the gaps and weaknesses in the regulation of these inherited relations in the domestic law of inheritance.
