Intellectual resources: essence, place and role in the process of formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to solve the problem of terminological clarity at a high level of generalization of the concept of "intellectual resources", as well as determining the role and place of intellectual resources in the effective operation of the company. Methodology of research. Solving the problems set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special methods of research: dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization. Findings. Results It has been determined that intellectual resources, as a modern tool of competition between enterprises, in order to strengthen their market positions, increase market share and positive value, encourage consumers and maximize profits and as a consequence of increasing the value of the enterprise as a whole. Practical value. The article substantiates that efficient use of intellectual resources of the enterprise creates additional competitive advantages for it and increases the company’s total value. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used, both in the theoretical and practical aspects (in enterprises of all forms of government).
