International human rights law: the religious factor

Abstract
The article is about the problem of humanization of the individual in international human rights law on the basis of the Christianity and Islam. The attention is emphasized to the fact of the religious in- fluence on the international law of human rights, taking into consideration trends in the development of contemporary society.
