Next the author mentioned research results concerning factors influencing in-ternationalization process of e-commerce firms. Results show strong positive correlation among the number of possessed intangible assets, cooperation, the number of competitive actions and the speed of internationalization process. The limitations of speed in the process have been also discussed in the aspect of every four e-business models (global e-business, multinational e-business, in-ternational replication of e-business and national clicks’n’bricks models). Some of the presented researches aimed investigation which model of in-ternationalization fits the best internationalization process of e-commerce en-terprises. Results show features of conventional and accelerated models as well. The lack of straightforward answer inclines undertaking further research, con-cerning such factors as business model of a company, the form of the interna-tional commitment of a firm and the degree of digitisation of the product. The last aspect raised in this paper is the e-client characteristic in interna-tional e-market. The results mentioned here concerned the language, cultural and religious differences and their influence on e-consumer behavior.
