Investigation a new approach for employees training of organization

Abstract

Education and improvement of human resources lead to the organization employees’ deeper insights, higher knowledge, more abilities and skills in better performing the duties and responsibilities of the job and for organizations in this field it is necessary to have detailed educational planning to be successful and it should be designed so that it can change peoples’ knowledge and skills, and in addition to meeting the professional needs of employees and work place issues be responsive to the environment of organizational changes. The present research aims to answer the question that: Have the educational programs provided for the experts, led to meet their educational needs? The method used in this research is descriptive method. The required information is gathered by the use of questionnaire and the data has been analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical methods using SPSS software. The findings of this research show that, regarding the effectiveness of educational programs, there isa difference between the employees’ theoretical knowledge and skills and we can say that the experts of the company in question, have been able to increase their skills through the educational programs but they have gained lower scores in theoretical knowledge.
