Abstract
The article is devoted illumination of essence of judicial actions and decisions in relation to diminishing of size of judicial charges, liberation, from their payment, postponement and arranging on the installment system of judicial charges, in the administrative legal proceeding. The problem questions of activity of administrative courts are analyzed in this direction. Author vision of ways of their decision is offered.
