JUDICIAL ORDINANCE IN LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY - PREMISES TO THE RULE OF LAW

Abstract
The legal doctrine knows a multitude of cases in which two or more institutions or legal phenomena by their nature establish interconnections through which the essence of each of them can be better understood. It is also the case of the legal order as a phenomenon investigated by the legal doctrine and that of the judicial order and the juridical responsibility that has always been in the attention of the doctrines of the field and which do not cease to acquire an increasing momentum with the passage of time.
