JURIDICAL FACTS THAT DETERMINE THE DYNAMICS OF RELATIONSHIPS VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
The article researches juridical facts that determine dynamics of legal relations of professional training. Besides, provisions of normative legal acts, which regulate these relations, are also analyzed. It was concluded that dynamics of legal relations of professional training is determined by law-creating, law-changing and law-stopping legal facts.
