Jurisdictional protection of property rights of internally displaced persons.

Abstract
The protection of property rights of internally displaced persons is not only the responsibility of the state, but also the fulfillment of its obligations with respect to their observance and guarantee. To the decision of such issues and should be directed national legislation. The essence of the jurisdiction protection of property rights of internally displaced persons is the fulfillment of the functions entrusted to them by the state authorities to ensure and protect the rights of such persons who, of the occurrence of certain circumstances need it.
