Kinetyka zaniku chemiluminescencji w oleju wiesiołkowym i rzepakowym wywołanej promieniowaniem elektromagnetycznym (UV-A) i ozonowaniem

Abstract
Badano wpływ napromieniowania w zakresie UV-A (315–400 nm) oraz ozonowania na dynamikę zanikającej chemiluminescencji w oleju wiesiołkowym i rzepakowym. Określono charakter zaniku chemiluminescencji. W celu umożliwienia interpretacji zachodzących zjawisk, oznaczono w badanych olejach skład kwasów tłuszczowych, zawartość substancji niezmydlającej, liczbę nadtlenkową, barwę, zawartość barwników z grupy karotenoidów i chlorofili oraz zawartość przeciwutleniaczy: tokoferoli, polifenoli i steroli.
