Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання компромісу між державою і громадянами для реального провадження ефективного сільськогосподарського землекористування. Визначено, що найбільш продуктивною стратегією розвитку сільськогосподарського землекористування є розвиток ринково орієнтовної системи у межах адміністративно-територіальних утворень. Сформульовано модель ефективного землекористування, яка базується на принципах соціально-екологічної орієнтованості, ринково орієнтованого землеустрою, на енергетично ефективному механізмі використання ґрунту
