Abstract
The article proposes a concept, the successful implementation of which can solve the task of transporting additional water in the lower reaches of the Amu Darya, improving the ecological situation in the Aral Sea area, ensuring the formation of fresh lakes over time and creating the Syrdarya -Aydarkul - Zaravshan water system-dead lakes-the Amudarya, which can serve for the broad development of fisheries and can also contribute to the opening of new agricultural areas of the republic, creating several hundreds of new jobs, thereby you can solve an important economic task of the industry.
