Abstract
In the article the essence system of ecological taxation in Ukraine. Comparison kinds of ecological taxes in the European Union and ecological taxes in Ukraine. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system of ecological taxation in Ukraine. The conceptual aspects of perfection of the system of ecological taxation are exposed in Ukraine due to the increase of rate of ecological tax, chart of distributing of receipts, from an ecological tax between the budgets of country of different level, legislative fixing of charges from a money, which was formed due to the receipt of ecological taxes, only on west from the guard of natural environment, introduction ekologo-innovative technologies, measures on providing of ecological safety, and also developments of the system of stimulation of enterprise, which uses natural resources and contaminates an environment, economic activity, which is oriented to the observance of ecological norms, increase of level of economic, ecological and legal education and culture of representatives of management organs, in an area ecology and leaders and personnel of enterprise
