МОДЕЛЬ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ВИРОБНИЧИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ, ЩО ПОТРЕБУЮТЬ НЕВІДКЛАДНИХ АДАПТИВНИХ ЗАХОДІВ

Abstract
In the article the model definition of production processes that require urgent adaptation measures in appropriate quantities based on benchmarking, based on the hierarchy analysis method. It is established that a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of own production processes at the enterprise level requirements and timely response to changing environmental conditions to select the sequence of implementation of adaptive measures improved approach to the implementation of benchmarking of production processes through the model definition of processes that require urgent adaptation measures corresponding amounts, based on the hierarchy analysis method. From benchmarking as a tool necessary to determine manufacturing processes, their ranking according to the degree of efficiency, which will enable the company to promptly and in an appropriate amount to direct their resources and that the manufacturing process more than others in need.
