Abstract
This article describes the difference in the vision of components and structure of the public sector of national economy by different Ukrainian scientists= and between Ukrainian and Western scientists in general/ This article determines of the components of the public sector in the national economy= such as governmental= municipal and third sector= and characterizes their substance= and describes their structure/ Also= it defines the features of public sector of national economy and the features of benefits provided by this sector to the population/ This article analyzes the influence of decentralization as one of the determining factors of the public sector nowadays on the development of public2private partnership in Ukraine/ It describes worldwide and Ukrainian practice solution this issue too/ This article also investigates the specific of public2private partner2 ship understanding in Ukrainian science and practice/ It determines the discrepancy in using the concept of public2private partnership in the Ukrainian legislation and Ukrainian scientific terminol2 ogy/ It tallies the concept of public2private partnership according to scientific terminology/ The article argues the difference between the concepts of public2private partnership in the worldwide and Ukrainian theory and practice despite the differences in the understanding of the public sector by Western and Ukrainian scholars
