KONDYKTSIYA AS AN INDEPENDENT AND SUBSIDIARY PROTECTION METHOD

Abstract
Article deals with research the condictio as independent and subsidiary remedy. The terms of enforcement of condictio as independent remedy are determined. The terms of enforcement of condictio as subsidiary remedy to the restitution, vindication, return of the result achieved by one of the parties under obligation and indemnification of the damage are described.
