PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL FUNDAMENTALS OF LEGAL PROGRESS IN THE OUTLOOK OF SCHOLARS OF THE XX – XXI CENTURIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the philosophical and legal views of scientists of the XX – XXI centuries on understanding of legal progress. The basic approaches offered by domestic and foreign scientists on the interpretation of legal progress, as well as directions of the development of the legal system, are demonstrated. The dependence of legal progress on the positive results obtained at the previous stages of the development of the legal system was established. The future of legal progress is determined through the absolute guarantee of human rights and freedoms, their defense, guarantee and protection.
