MEANING OF THE INSTITUTE OF COVERT INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS FOR PROVIDING PROOF OF CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE

Abstract
The circle of crime that belong to the criminal offenses in the sphere of international student exchange are determined. The subjects of covert investigative (search) actions during the investigation of these crimes are defined. The essence of the problems and the reasons concerning the use of the institute of covert investigative (search) actions of proving crimes in the sphere of international student exchange are examined. The ways of solving these problems are proposed.
