Kritéria kvality školy z pohledu České školní inspekce a systémů řízení kvality ISO a CAF

Abstract
Článek přispívá k problematice řízení kvality, konkrétně kritérií kvality škol. Představuje kritéria daná českou školní inspekcí jakožto tradiční model ve vzdělávání a kritéria udávaná systémy řízení kvality ISO 9001 a CAF, která jsou využívána v českém školství, ale i v mezinárodním kontextu. Záměrem je osvětlit základní prvky kritérií kvality v rámci tří představených modelů a všímat si při tom jejich spojitostí a rozdílů.
