Labor and legal professional regime, preparation and training of managing personnel of bodies and institutions of carriage

Abstract
The necessity of researching the problem of professional selection, training and retraining of management personnel of penal enforcement agencies and institutions as prerequisites for reforming the penitentiary system of Ukraine is considered. The main normative legal acts that establish and determine the basis for the professional selection, training and retraining of management personnel of penal enforcement authorities and institutions are determined. The views of scientists on the service and legal regime of professional selection, training and retraining of management personnel of penal enforcement agencies and institutions are analyzed.
