Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problematic environmental issues that exist nowadays in the area of the anti-terrorist operation at the east of Ukraine. The sphere which is covering relevant issues was analyzed; problems, causes, consequences and ways to restore the affected ecosystems were also analyzed. The types of operation which is a source of environmental hazards were examined. Analysis, study and determination of existing contradictions between the countries that caused the changes of future humanity that touched all aspects of a successful life. The article presents the concept of ecological disaster and fighting, describing the contemporary state of ecology in Ukraine. The level of contamination of the area and the level of threat to the health of people for a short or long term were studied; threat to flora and fauna; risk to the utilization of land areas, limiting its ecological value; risk for Land Resources, for example, to groundwater; risk to the ecosystem as a whole were analyzed.
