THE CONNECTION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF THE CONSTITUTION WITH THE FIXING OF THE CIVIL PROCESS IN THE PROCESSAL FORM OF CIVILIAN JUDGMENT

Abstract
In this article, an analysis was conducted of the interdependence of the principle of oral and fixation of the civil process. It is indicated that the staging of the civil movement reflects the use of the principle of orality at different stages of the consideration of the case, the use of which is now impossible without the use of technical tools by the court. It proves the necessity to designate the use of technical means, in a civil judicial system, as an element of the functional principle of a civil procedure.
