Abstract
Le Maroc a fait preuve d??norme ?volution pour promouvoir la cr?ation de projets par le biais des programmes et politiques publiques ainsi actions mis en place par lasoci?t? civile et les organismes publics et priv?s. Cependant, les entraves se pr?sentent enmati?re d?acc?s au financement, de comp?tences, de gestion, de la disponibilit? des ressourceshumaines, des affaires administratives...etc., c?est ce qui remet un entrepreneur incapable deg?rer ses blocages et de trouver des solutions pour les surmonter pendant l?ex?cution de sonactivit?, et par cons?quent on assiste ? la fermeture de leurs entreprises.Le pr?sent article va faire l?objet d?une approche formalis? d?un r?f?rentiel (PMBOK) quiva se pr?senter comme ?tant un maillon du processus de r?alisation et d?veloppement des projets.
