LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR REGULATION OF COMLAINS-CONTROL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the essence of the new for Ukraine species of risk management – compliance. In the analysis of publications on this topic, the author faced the problem that developed in compliance only big in the financial sector, as evidenced by the analysis of normative-legal base of Ukraine. With access to the world market, the majority of Ukrainian enterprises has identified the need to conduct business with consideration of international requirements. The article gives examples of the main European laws regulating the activity of the subject with the field of compliance. In the analysis of requirements to develop compliance programmes was developed a scheme for constructing compliance programs, and specifies two levels of compliance – internal and external.
