LEGAL GROUNDS FOR REPARATION OF MORAL DAMAGE CAUSED TO CONSUMER BY BREACH OF CONTRACT

Abstract
The article deals with the actual aspects of compensation for non-pecuniary damage caused by the violation of con- sumer rights. The normative grounds for using this method of protecting civil rights are systematized. Author is proving the possibility for reparation of moral damage caused by breach of the consumer contract.
