LEGAL GROUNDWORK OF INFORMATION SECURITY AS A SEPARATE ELEMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE STATE

Abstract
This article determines the place and the role of the legal groundwork of information security of the state as a separate element of economic security of the state. The author conducted a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine on legal provision of customs information security. It is substantiated that the essence of information security is in expedient combination of its static and dynamic characteristics with the aim to achieve the best result, namely provision of the security of the state and its society in the information sphere.
