Abstract
Legal guarantees are defined as an independent element of the administrative and legal status of servicemen. It has been established that the public administration of the rights of servicemen has not been stable and contradictory recently, which is negatively reflected on the system of administrative and legal guarantees of the rights of servicemen and demonstrates the need to increase them.
